Return Policy 

At Mahagoni Essentials, we take pride in creating handmade, high-quality skincare products in small batches to ensure the freshest experience for our customers. Below are our policies to help ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. 

Returns 

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to help resolve any concerns you may have. 

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at mahagoniessentials@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns will be considered for store credit or an exchange. 

  • Store credit or exchanges will be issued for the cost of the item (excluding shipping) minus a 10% restocking fee. 

  • Please include the original packing slip with your return or exchange shipment. 

  • We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items are non-returnable. 

Important Note: Mahagoni Essentials reserves the right to decline return requests if they fall outside the policy parameters or lack sufficient cause. 

We are not responsible for lost return packages without proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued for items marked as lost, stolen, or on sale. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we will gladly replace it. 

  • Damaged items will be replaced and reshipped at no additional charge.
