At Mahagoni Essentials, we take pride in creating handmade, high-quality skincare products in small batches to ensure the freshest experience for our customers. Below are our policies to help ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. 

Shipping 

All products are handcrafted and poured in small batches to ensure freshness, which means additional time is needed for processing and shipping. 

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment. 

  • Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. 

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. 

Note: Our products are made without artificial preservatives, so please store them properly to maintain their quality during transit and after arrival. 

Cancellations 

If you need to cancel an order, cancellation requests must be made within 1 business day of placing the order. 

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to cancellations within the eligible timeframe. 

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after the 1-business-day window due to the processing volume. 

International Shipping 

At this time, Mahagoni Essentials does not offer international shipping. 

Shipping Information 

We ship all orders directly from Sarasota, FL. 

  • Orders are shipped without invoices to maintain privacy, making them ideal for gifting. A packing slip is included with each shipment. 

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order, as we cannot amend order details after the 1-business-day window.
